Emsodur Type II Urea

Duroplast is used as a cleaning material on polishing surfaces, deburring and paint removal. It can be used in dry and wet polishing techniques. Barcol 54-62 (3.5 MOH) can be used in dry and wet polishing techniques with its medium hardness structure.
It is a versatile abrasive suitable for a variety of cleaning and paint removal applications such as aircraft, vehicles, trucks, trailers and boats. Excellent results are obtained for the removal of paints and composite materials, graphite, as well as for the cleaning of injection molds and printed circuit boards.

Emsodur Type III Melamine

In areas where embossing and cleaning of difficult painted surfaces with hard shell content is required, Barcol 64-72 (4.0 MOH) with its top hardness structure is an aggressive alternative to glass beads and other hard abrasives. Excellent results are obtained in the removal of stubborn paints, hydrocarbon deposits and other hard material such as moulds, engines, iron and steel.

Emsodur Type V Acryl

It is best suited for sensitive coating surfaces and other such applications. It is perfect for removing powder coatings on aircraft parts, aluminum material surfaces, fine fiberglass and fine precision metal plates.
With its soft Barcol Hardness of 46-54 (3.2 – 3.5MOH), it is the most suitable media for sensitive surfaces.
